Job description

In this role, you will lead the organisation’s content design and social media team and act as the lead for its most used service – our public website.

This is a fast-paced, wide-ranging and rewarding job. You will have the opportunity to lead a friendly team of committed colleagues and deliver crucial information to millions of users. You will champion clarity, brevity, accessibility and simplicity in all our content.


You will work closely with colleagues from Policy, Engagement and Technology to make sure we deliver against our objectives.

Person specification

A team player and effective leader, you will be comfortable juggling the demands of multiple projects and delivering both strategic and tactical solutions.
You will be passionate about making our content and services easier to access, understand and use for everyone who needs them.
You will have excellent content skills and a strong understanding of digital channels. You will be comfortable using analytics and user research evidence to inform design decisions.
