This role will play an important role in the Business Change team to promote and deliver a wide range of changes that are both diverse and complex in nature. This is a high-profile role that offers the opportunity to lead discrete initiatives, to work autonomously, take responsibility for identifying and owning your objectives and to work with a variety of stakeholders of all levels and skills. It therefore provides a good basis for development.
Job description
As a Business Change Officer for CQC you will play an essential role supporting change initiatives in CQC so that they are understood, and the business are prepared for the impact of the changes being delivered.
You will provide the supporting role to the Senior Business Change Manager to drive change across the organisation.
You will have a collaborative approach and build strong working relationships with functions and projects across the organisation to drive business change.
You will have effective communication skills and have experience partnering with communication and engagement teams as well as learning functions to drive any activities critical for projects.
You will have experience being part of a business change team, supporting the driving of business change management standards and best practice.
You will have experience supporting an organisation through aspects of business change and be able to recognise, understand and manage change resistance.
You will be organised, have excellent analysis and problem-solving skills and have the ability to think outside of the box.
