Job summary
We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to Director, Insights and Research to join our Data and Insight Team.
The post holder will provide an efficient and responsive administrative and organisational support service to the Director of Insights and Research, helping them to manage and prioritise their time efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. Selection process details
Application and Shortlisting:
The selection panel will assess your application based on your evidence you have provided against the essential criteria as set out in the person specification.
Civil Service Online Test
We will invite you to complete the online verbal reasoning test before you submit your application.
You must complete your online verbal reasoning test by 23:55 on Thursday 24 October 2024.
Interview
Candidates who pass the benchmark at the shortlisting stage will be invited to a interview where you will be assessed against a combination of the the Civil Service behaviours and the technical/experience skills set out in section 3 of the job specification.
Interviews will be held on week commencing Monday 11 November 2024 at 2 Rivergate, Bristol and or Clive House, London.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
