About the Role:
This is a role where your leadership truly matters. As our HR Director, you'll be the driving force behind a team that is essential to GAD's ongoing success. Working closely with the Government Actuary (our CEO) and senior executives, you’ll have the opportunity to influence key decisions, extend your leadership skills, and play a pivotal role in shaping the development of our people.

- Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (or working towards) or equivalent experience in a relevant HR environment

Interviews will be held in person at our Canary Wharf Office during the week of 25 November 2024.
Selection process follows the Civil Service Success Profiles (opens in a new window), and will assess your Behaviours and Strengths through the Assessment Criteria section of the Job Description. In your application, please ensure you provide examples of how you meet the Assessment Criteria; a strong application will also demonstrate that you meet the required criteria. Candidates who are successful at the shortlist will be contacted as soon as possible to agree next steps.
