Job summary

We are recruiting 4 ARC Adviser (Complaints about Schools) to join our Application, Regulation and Contact Team.

The post holder will provide appropriate and effective responses to complaints or queries and complete the initial triage and assessments of complaints. This will be electronically and via dedicated complaints phone lines. The role holder will provide outstanding customer service across a number of work types, and remits, in line with regulation and policy frameworks.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing a range of different tasks.

Selection process details

Interview

Candidates who pass the benchmark at the shortlisting stage will be invited to a interview where you will be assessed against a combination of the the Civil Service behaviours and the technical/experience skills set out in section 3 of the job specification.

Interviews will be held on Week commencing 2 December 2024 at Piccadilly Gate, Manchester and/or Agora, Nottingham.
