The Role:
As a Business Change Partner, you will facilitate and manage the people side of change of strategic projects. Working with senior leaders you will champion effective and well-executed change management practices across CCS. Your efforts will support our strategic goals and drive an inclusive work environment.

You will join a dedicated team of change professionals, working together with projects and leaders to implement strategic change. Our team is committed to excellence in delivery, ensuring that change is managed effectively and sustainably across CCS.
Job description
Key Accountabilities:
develop and implement change management strategies for elaborate projects, aligning with organisational goals and our values.
partner strategically with directorates to apprehend and assist their unique change needs and create tailored interventions
design and implement communication and engagement strategies to enhance clarity and support for change
work with project leaders to integrate change management into broader project plans,
work cohesively with projects to ensure effective stakeholder mapping and engagement at all levels
identify people-related risks and business impacts, working collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
deliver targeted workshops and training to build resilience and readiness; ensuring all levels of the organisation are prepared for the upcoming change
monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, adapting strategies to enhance future efforts
champion a culture of continuous personal and organisational growth, ensuring all employees are assisted through change
provide ongoing consultation and advice on best practice change management, tools, and approaches
Person specification
Essential Criteria (to be assessed on application):
demonstrated ability in handling complex change initiatives, developing strategies that effectively engage diverse stakeholder groups
strong leadership skills, capable of guiding, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
experience in managing multiple projects, navigating difficulties and prioritising effectively
Strong communication skills, adept at building relationships and setting clear expectations
proven ability in enhancing change capability through upskilling, coaching and promoting best practice
change management qualification(s), and/or significant equivalent experience
Desirable Criteria:
Implementing comprehensive change management in a public sector or government environment

Working flexibly, delivering outcomes
CCS is a flexible business with a smarter working model where our colleagues benefit from a mix of home and office working. Successful candidates are expected to work from one of the office locations listed. Our current office attendance approach requires a minimum of 26 days per quarter (approx 2 days per week, which may be subject to change) in CCS office locations or off site meetings with suppliers, customers, partners, networking / industry events. This is pro rata for those who work part time. Our smarter working principles mean that our people have the advantage of both office and offsite based collaboration and learning, as well as working from home. This way of working allows us to honour our commitment to being a responsible business, offer flexibility and better work life balance as well as ensuring we deliver our business with confidence and in accordance with our CCS values.
