Job summary
We are recruiting 4 ARC Adviser (Complaints about Schools) to join our Application, Regulation and Contact Team.
The post holder will provide appropriate and effective responses to complaints or queries and complete the initial triage and assessments of complaints. This will be electronically and via dedicated complaints phone lines. The role holder will provide outstanding customer service across a number of work types, and remits, in line with regulation and policy frameworks.

- Experience of working in a high-volume customer service or administration environment working to targets and objectives.
- Good written and verbal skills to ensure high quality service to internal and external customers, responding effectively to all enquires and complaints to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing a range of different tasks.

Application and Shortlisting:
The selection panel will assess your application based on your evidence you have provided against the essential criteria as set out in the person specification.
Interview
Candidates who pass the benchmark at the shortlisting stage will be invited to a interview where you will be assessed against a combination of the the Civil Service behaviours and the technical/experience skills set out in section 3 of the job specification.
Interviews will be held on Week commencing 2 December 2024 at Piccadilly Gate, Manchester and/or Agora, Nottingham.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
