As the Service Change Manager at LI Ltd., your focus will be to herd the planning, coordination, and execution of releases across the diverse pastures of our Azure-based terrain. Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Change Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule changes in accordance with project timelines. Develop change calendars, including timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Azure Platform Expertise: Manage changes within the Azure cloud environment, utilizing platform-specific tools and services. Ensure the compatibility and optimisation of applications within the Azure ecosystem.
- ISO 20000 Compliance: Apply ISO 20000 principles to change management processes, ensuring alignment with IT service management standards. Implement and maintain change management documentation in compliance with ISO 20000 requirements.
- Environment Management: Lead change management across multiple environments, including development, testing, staging and production. Implement strategies to minimise and streamline change processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with changes and implement mitigation strategies. Work closely with stakeholders to communicate and manage expectations related to change timelines and potential impacts.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance change management processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness. Implement automation to improve the change process.

Person specification
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in an Azure environment.
- Hands-on experience within ISO 27001, ISO 20000 standards and IT service management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Azure platform services and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- ITIL and /or ISO 20000 certifications above foundation are highly desirable.
