Job description
Our Operational Team Leaders will:
- Provide great leadership, coaching and support – role modelling positive behaviours whilst also providing policy and legislative knowledge.
- Line managing a team – ensuring excellent team performance, great delivery, and quality of service.
- Provide great customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Focus on and deliver continuous improvement for themselves and others - to build performance capabilities and drive engagement to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Communicate well and build relationships – supporting people to achieve our vision and goals.
- Ensure diversity, inclusion and staff wellbeing are valued and supported.
Person specification
We’re looking for Operational Team Leaders who:
- Are great leaders - setting a professional culture whilst delivering continuous improvements and building capability.
- Can be strong line managers who can build strong and trusted relationships - to check-in with colleagues, support staff wellbeing and handle challenging. conversations.

Where will you be working?
You will be aligned to our Cardiff Office, where we are currently using a hybrid approach to the way we work. Our approach to hybrid working provides opportunities for you to be adaptable in the way you work so that you can achieve a healthy balance between your work and home life. What will the process look like?
- We’ll carry out a sift of applications and successful candidates at sift will be invited to an in person interview in our Cardiff Office.
