Job description
This role enables our frontline colleagues to manage their schedules in a way that aligns risk and resource.
You will support the development and ongoing maintenance of a national resource planning tool and ensure it is aligned to business processes and procedures.
You will enable inspection directorates to create informed and realistic inspection programmes with the provision of robust management information.
Person specification
A mixed technical skillset including good data analysis and interpretation techniques, as well as an interest in how IT systems function and how processes work.
You will have an inquisitive nature and enjoy problem-solving and designing and improving innovative solutions to often unique situations.
You will enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, with new and interesting challenges daily. A 'can do' mindset is definitely needed for this rewarding role on the Cygnum team.
