Job summary
We are recruiting for three Project Support Officers to join our Research and Evaluation team.
This is an administrative position for someone interested in building their knowledge and skills in research and evaluation. Ofsted has a large programme of research and evaluation which includes many large-scale primary research projects across all of Ofsted’s remits in education and care. This role provides administrative support for projects in the Research and Evaluation team. This means carrying out administrative tasks and coordinating the planning, monitoring and reporting of projects you support. The role also gives an opportunity for someone interested in research to learn entry level research tasks, such as analysis, with support from a team.
The project support officer will work flexibly to cover various areas of responsibility, including some aspects of the role of Research and Evaluation business support officer in the team and the PA to the Deputy Director, particularly at times of peak workload or absence.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. The post holder will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. They will have access to amazing benefits, such as flexible working hours, the Civil Service Pension Scheme, and 32.5 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays. We offer a hybrid working model, so you may also choose to spend a proportion of time working from home.
