Role: Estates Asset Maintenance Technician
Salary: £29,250 - £34,655 per annum - for internal applicants, internal reward principles will apply

Person specification
What you bring:
· Experience in FM services or property maintenance, with specialised skills in plumbing, heating, cooling systems or 18th Edition certified.
· Certified professional with up-to-date Health and Safety training and HVAC & BMS experience
· Tech-savvy problem solver with good IT
· Proven track record in managing third-party suppliers and coordinating maintenance projects
· Valid driver’s licence holder, ready to support on-site facility needs across our two Glasgow locations
