At the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO), we make final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by UK Government departments and the NHS in England. We work closely with people to understand where, how and why public services sometimes fall short and fail to put people first. And we find ways to put it right.

Based in the centre of Manchester, our team of 600 dedicated people collaboratively work together to make voices heard.

We are a modern, vibrant organisation. We put people first, whether that is our complainants or our colleagues. Join our team as Cloud Systems Engineer and experience a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture where everyone is valued and encouraged to grow.
